On
Night 7, David
Brown from Charlotte, North Carolina was
the first casualty to hit the road in Survivor Webcam
5.0 : The Battle of the Seasons. Following one of the
hardest Immunity Challenges to date, the 1.0 Pahari
Tribe was riddled with penalties due to inactivity on
David's part and technicalities on Joey's part. Finishing
dead last and only scoring half the points the winning
tribe earned, the tribe was sent to the first tribal
council of the game.
Meanwhile
in the other four tribes, relief couldn't come at a
better time. After facing a game-changing twist and
the addition of four more players (Michael M, Joey,
Simone, and Marie), victory couldn't be sweeter. The
4.0 tribe, Xingeri came up top, blowing the rest of
the competition away. Disorganization and on-going technicalty
issues pushed the 2.0 Tribe, Tikipitu close to the edge,
finishing fourth overall. For Utkata and Mesohoni, being
in the middle was good enough.

The
first Immunity Challenge
involved significant organization as the tribes put
together two music videos, Madonna's "Like a Virgin"
and Gloria Gaynor's "I Will Survive". The
second part of the Challenge involved putting together
a torch idol on video, in three minutes or less, using
as many items as possible. In the final leg of the challenge,
players had to submit one video for the 5.0 opening
credits (which you can view below). Much to the player's
surprise, only one tribe would be going to Tribal Council
and that tribe was Pahari. At Tribal
Council, an overwhelming majority of three
votes were enough to send David out of the game.
Now,
nineteen players remain - who will be the next to go?
