A Little Background
Information:
Well where can I start?
I grew up in small town Alberta for several years of my life
before moving on to Edmonton and eventually Calgary. I have always
been a huge buff of reality-tv and have hosted one game prior
to this, on Opendiary.com (opendiary survivor). Unfortunately,
it didn't last and it quickly got cancelled after two runs. I
didn't host OD Survivor II but had a fairly good stand-in for
those three months while I was away. As the game continued to
do well, it came to a crossroads earlier this year, when opendiary
essentially went bankrupt. With no hope of continuing on opendiary
a new game was developed and evolved to something that has really
become an instant hit. Something that OD Survivor never was.
Survivor: Webcam is new, fresh and unlike any other kind of reality
game online and I'm glad to host it with such an awesome, diverse
group of people who are nothing but superb. They are really good
sports about the game and they amaze me every day with their
spirit.
As for the rest of my daily
life, I'm a student studying biochemistry at the University of
Calgary with the ultimate goal being, teaching. It can be a drag
at times so webdesigning, music, movies, friends and family are
the only things/people that keep me sane for a good portion of
the time. Some of my interests not listed above are sports (ie.
basketball, Canadian football, hockey, and baseball), photography,
and travel. I'm a kid-at-heart and for 21 years old, I tend to
forget I'm an adult. I'm crazy, kooky, wild, uninhibited and
I don't mind being a lil' eccentric at times. All this comes
in handy when creating a game of this magnitude. I hope you all
get to know me and the players a lil' more as the game progresses
and thanks for showing interest in my game.
